Yes, for Microsoft 365 users, once connected, signatures are applied automatically via the Microsoft 365 portal (depending on your Outlook version). This means you can make one change and it updates across all mailboxes instantly. For Google Workspace users, manual sync may still be required depending on setup.
Absolutely. You can customise templates for different departments or roles and include logos, banners, and call-to-action buttons. We’ll tailor your setup to your branding, and additional design support is available if you would like bespoke graphics or campaign banners.
Definitely. You can add rotating banners, campaign graphics, or festive messages to your signatures at any time. They can link to landing pages, offers, or events — turning your daily emails into an additional marketing channel.
Pricing starts at an introductory offer of £1.00 + VAT per mailbox per month on a 12-month contract (Tier 1), with optional managed service and custom graphics available. Setup fees are currently waived as part of our introductory offer for both Tiers, and billing is monthly for active mailboxes. After 12 months, the price per mailbox per month is £1.50 + VAT for Tier 1 and £2.50 + VAT for Tier 2.
Yes, Tier 1 clients receive access to our training platform with step-by-step guides for managing and editing signatures. All clients also have access to email support for any technical issues or update requests. Tier 2 clients can simply email us changes and we handle everything for them.
Like all email systems, signature designs are limited by what email clients can display — for example, web fonts and advanced styling aren’t supported in all inboxes. We only use system-safe fonts and optimised layouts to ensure your signature looks great everywhere. Analytics accuracy may also vary depending on recipients’ privacy or security settings.

Scheduled updates is part of the Tier 2 service where clients can request updates to signatures in advance. The default is for festive periods, though it can be for any purpose i.e. a marketing campaign push.
The platform tracks click-throughs on links, buttons and banners within your email signatures, giving insight into engagement and performance. Results may vary depending on recipients’ privacy or email security settings, but it’s a great way to see which messages get the most attention.
All subscriptions are based on a 12-month contract, billed monthly per active mailbox. If you wish to cancel, 30 days’ written notice is required before the end of your contract term. Early termination within the 12-month period may incur a charge equal to the remaining months’ fees. Contracts automatically renew annually unless cancelled in writing before renewal.
